McDonald's in Loughborough

"So today on the times and tribulations of martin weir, we visited a branch of maccy d's in loughborough. Everything was spot on, used points on the app that have accumilated over the years and managed to get 2 medium strawberry milkshakes, a medium fries and a chicken mayo burger all for a grand total of £0! Thats right pal, a freebie dinner, you canna whack that bad boy.........nom nom nom"

"Ordered a cold drink expecting a nice crushed ice mango and passion fruit sprite, and al I got was this faded green liquid with about 4 basically melted bits of ice in the top. Nice quality. Tasted ok tho."

"Sat outside as it was a lovely day, little tired and neglected but the manager was encouraging the staff to present the area better! Its always a busy McDonald's compared with many others we have frequented and not easy to get out of onto the main road."

"Although it's a standard McDonald's the restaurant offers more than the usual. There is a large car park with electric car charging points, outdoor McDonald's gym and seating. Inside is modern and clean with interactive gaming tables in children's area. Food was quick and hot!"

"Always get out order wrong, I now ask them to wait whilst I check we have everything. 9 times out of 10 they've got something wrong or missed items."

"A worker called sam not sure on his position brilliant! my little en fell of a stool really upset and hurt he came straight over cheered her up gave her an ice cream good to see this now adays!"

"We had a issue with our order, but fortunately the store manager bought our food to the Bay we was parked in , and after explaining about the order mix up she rectified it immediately, the stores manager name was Renna , she couldn't apologise enough , just want to say thank you to her ."
